Working full time during the day, never thought I would be able to spend time in the gym and follow nutrition plans. But since I started training with Mr. Vjatseslav Muzotsenko ( Slava) at Shannon Leisure Centre during the past 3 months, I never looked back.
He was easy to approach and also more convenient with the time he dedicates for my training. One outstanding factor about him is his 24/7 availability. His follow up on my health and physique using spreadsheets and graphs help me know where I am standing and how far I have to go in terms of BMI, Body fat mass and Body Lean mass.
He makes sure that I do a physical programme which has a long term benefit on my physical and mental fitness. His one-to-one motivation lessons that he organises every month reminds me of my goals, stay focused on it thereby achieving it.
His work out plans always suited my body, never too exerting but never light ones also, thereby having a steady progress all through the programme. His sessions include a well developed high intensity fitness and weight training regime, genuinely delivering brilliant sustainable results. I have lost more than 10% body fat in the initial 3 months, but more important than weight loss, I have more energy, feel much happier and more focused in my day to day work.
The reason I’d suggest him as a personal trainer is that his nutrition plans doesn’t have any side effects. His nutrition plans for 7 days of the week are always interesting and never boring with a wide variety of healthy food which I never intend to skip or cheat. I have learnt so much about what I should be eating and what I should steer clear of.
At times when I can’t hit the gym, he made sure I never skipped my sessions by providing in-house training in my personal space with his set of work out equipments, thereby creating a gym like atmosphere at home.
I highly recommend Slava to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals with long term benefits.
