I am beyond happy with my transformation over these 16 weeks! I started training with Slava in November 2017. Being a trained nutritionist and personal trainer, he created a comprehensive diet and exercise plan. He created a dynamic program of cardio and strength exercise routines that proved both challenging and productive. His approach was disciplined and structured, yet his easy going nature ensured there was an element of fun involved in the programme. The training programme was constantly adjusted to keep it interesting and enjoyable, and to ensure that I was being pushed to my limits.He ensured that my movements were executed in a correct, fluid and effective manner. His technical knowledge is far superior than others, and his physical ability is also an inspiration to clients. He knows his stuff and is passionate about helping you to achieve your own health and fitness goals. He encourages me and pushes me to achieve my potential in a firm but friendly way. He keeps track of my body weight and measurements on a daily and weekly basis respectively, mapped into graphs and made available over an app on the phone which gives me an insight on the progress I've made since I started. You always feel that he is 100% focused on you and your progress.He taught me a lot about nutrition and the importance of macros based on one's body composition. The variety in the diet plans for all 7 days of the week and his ability to keep them very interesting every week didn't leave me with any cravings and made it extremely easy to follow.Every session we planned together started and ended on time and met the set objectives. And the ultimate proof was in the achievement of my short term goals and fitness improvement. But I think more importantly, he made being fit something that I really wanted to achieve myself. He is a great motivator, who is results-orientated, dedicated to his work and to achieving goals. He is a considered, motivated and dedicated fitness professional.

Working full time during the day, never thought I would be able to spend time in the gym and follow nutrition plans. But since I started training with Mr. Vjatseslav Muzotsenko ( Slava)  at Shannon Leisure Centre during the past 3 months, I never looked back.
He was easy to approach and also more convenient with the time he dedicates for my training. One outstanding factor about him is his 24/7 availability. His follow up on my health and physique using spreadsheets and graphs help me know where I am standing and how far I have to go in terms of BMI, Body fat mass and Body Lean mass.
He makes sure that I do a physical programme which has a long term benefit on my physical and mental fitness. His one-to-one motivation lessons that he organises every month reminds me of my goals, stay focused on it thereby achieving it.
His work out plans always suited my body, never too exerting but never light ones also, thereby having a steady progress all through the programme. His sessions include a well developed high intensity fitness and weight training regime, genuinely delivering brilliant sustainable results. I have lost more than 10% body fat in the initial 3 months, but more important than weight loss, I have more energy, feel much happier and more focused in my day to day work.
The reason I’d suggest him as a personal trainer is that his nutrition plans doesn’t have any side effects. His nutrition plans for 7 days of the week are always interesting and never boring with a wide variety of healthy food which I never intend to skip or cheat. I have learnt so much about what I should be eating and what I should steer clear of.
At times when I can’t hit the gym, he made sure I never skipped my sessions by providing in-house training in my personal space with his set of work out equipments, thereby creating a gym like atmosphere at home.

How to prepare delicious chicken breast.

 
Hello, fitness people. You are probably already tired of eating tasteless, plain, cooked chicken. If so, my tender and juicy chicken breast recipe is for you. It's perfect hot, as a meal or cold, to put on your sandwich.



 
I don't know about you, but I consume a large amount of chicken breasts. Because of that, I buy a large amount at once to save value. My choice would be Simple class A Chicken breast from Lidl. It is 1kg. You may say that you could just buy non frozen chicken at the butcher's but there is no point, you will freeze a large portion of it anyway. Enough words, it is time to tell you how to cook a tasty, tender and juicy chicken breast that I'm sure you will love!
Take the frozen chicken breasts out of the fridge and leave for the night to defreeze.
I usually cook the next day.
The preparation doesn't take a lot of time so you can preheat the oven straight away to 180°C or 350°F.
Take each piece of chicken from the bag, rinse it under tap, cut in half and place into a cooking pot. When everything is ready, hold the chicken in place with your hand and drain the excess water. 
Season with 1/2 a teaspoon of salt and, other seasonings depending on taste.
I chose Fajita seasoning from Lidl. This is guaranteed to make a great result.



Mix everything with your hands so that every single piece is soaked. Now move every chicken breast into a tray, one beside the other, and season again with Fajita seasoning or any othe seasoning of your choice. Cover the top with aluminium foil making sure that the edges are folded as securely as possible. Since our oven is already preheated, place the tray into the oven and set the timer to 30 minutes. If you haven't already noticed, we didn't use even a single drop of oil. While the chicken is cooking, you could do something, for example, wash the dishes that you used to prepare. :)
After the 30 minutes have passed, remove the tray from the oven. Don't forget that it will be hot. That's it! Our tender and juicy chicken is cooked. It is great hot, as well as cold. 
Look at how much juice it produced. By the way, if you keep the chicken in the fridge, the juice will turn into a jelly like consistency.



If I don't use it all at once, I keep the chicken in the fridge, in the original tray that I used to cook it in.
